We reduce water consumption by reusing rainwater and recycling gray water where regulations allow. Water is a scarce resource and will be a very precious commodity in the future, so good water management is a responsibility that must be addressed from the architectural point of view, starting with our homes.

Buildings are responsible for 36% of greenhouse gases in Europe. That's why we design to minimize our impact and build in certified wood from sustainable companies, a material that captures CO2 instead of emitting it. These are CO2null certified homes: with no CO2 emissions in their use and that have offset the carbon footprint of their construction.
